  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund and return requests.

A. Training Packages and Memberships
  • Refunds for unused training packages or memberships are available within 7 days of purchase.
  • A partial refund may be issued for cancellations made after 7 days, based on the number of sessions already attended.
  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions or past-dated memberships.
B. Events and Workshops
  • Refunds for event or workshop registrations are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
C. Online Training Programs
  • Refunds for online programs are available if requested within 7 days of purchase and if less than 20% of the program has been accessed.

A. Merchandise (Apparel and Gear)
  • Returns for physical products (e.g., clothing, gear) are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are:
    • Unused and unworn.
    • In their original packaging with tags attached.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
B. Defective or Damaged Products
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
